We offer a variety of transportation services including airport pick up and drop offs.  We only do private transports.  This means we do not stop to pick up and/or drop off any other animal(s). We go coast to coast in the lower 48 states, through Canada, and up to Alaska.  We are also able to coordinate and fly with your pet overseas.


Yes, we offer transportation services 24/7 to ensure our clients can travel at any time they need.  We work 365 days a year.


We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to two weeks from the pick up date will receive a full refund. 


Yes, as long as the driver is not in route, we can change your date free of charge.  If the pick up or drop off locations need to change, there is no fee within five (5) miles.  When the location changes more than five (5) miles from original location, there may be an additional fee. 


No worries.  If your flight is delayed, or your plans change and you cannot be there when your pet arrives, we will be happy to hold your pet additional time.  Additional fees may apply.  We will work with your schedule.


We stop every 3-4 hours.  At each stop, we will walk your pet, if applicable.  We offer water at each stop.  We feed on your schedule with your food, so no tummy aches.  We also take pictures at each stop and send you pictures and text updates.  If your pet needs additional stops, we will be happy to stop.
