These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC ("Door To Door Pet Delivery," "we," "us," or "our") and any pet transportation services we provide. By visiting the site, requesting a quote, or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC offers private, dedicated ground pet transportation within the all 50 states. Each booking is served as a private trip: we do not add unrelated animals to your reservation. Trips include direct routing from pickup to destination, live GPS tracking, and photo and text updates along the way.

Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are personalized and provided at no obligation, based on the trip details you supply. Rates, availability, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking. A trip is not confirmed until we have received your acceptance and any deposit or paperwork we require. If information you provide changes materially, the quote may need to be updated.

Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are the owner of the pet or are authorized by the owner to arrange transportation.
• Your pet is in reasonable health and fit to travel, and you have disclosed any medical, behavioral, or dietary condition that could affect the trip.
• You will provide accurate pickup and destination addresses, contact numbers, and travel dates.
• Your pet is up to date on vaccinations required by law or by state or destination rules, and you can provide documentation on request.
• You will supply appropriate food, medications, feeding instructions, and a familiar collar, leash or harness for the trip.
• Someone authorized by you will be available at pickup and drop-off, or you will make prior arrangements for a secure handoff.

Health, Safety & Refusal of Service

For the safety of your pet, our drivers, and other animals in our care, we may decline or discontinue a trip if a pet is aggressive, appears seriously ill or injured, is not fit to travel, or if we discover material misrepresentations about the animal or the trip. In urgent situations we may seek veterinary care for your pet and will contact you as soon as reasonably possible; you agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.

Scheduling & Delays

We do our best to keep to the schedule agreed at booking. Weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect timing. When delays happen, we will communicate with you as promptly as possible and continue to provide GPS and photo updates.

Payments, Cancellations & Changes

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation or rescheduling rules for your specific booking will be provided in writing at the time of quote or booking. Please review those terms carefully before confirming a trip.

Insurance & Liability

Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC operates as a fully insured transportation company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of transportation services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific trip in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, undisclosed behavioral issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

The Door To Door Pet Delivery name, logo, website content, photographs, and other materials are the property of Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
